The Stock Module is designed to efficiently manage inventory by allowing users to add, track, and organize stock items with detailed product information. The module supports Barcode Scanning, enabling quick and automated product identification through a connected scanner. Users can manually enter or scan a Barcode to ensure accurate tracking. The Product Information section requires key details such as Product Name, Category, Product Code, and Description, ensuring clear classification and easy retrieval.
To maintain quality and compliance, the Manufacturer Details section includes fields for Manufacturer Name, Batch Number, and Expiry Date, which are critical for tracking production and ensuring products are used before expiration. The Inventory Details section allows users to specify Quantity, Measurement Unit (e.g., pcs, kg, liters), and Unit Volume, ensuring accurate stock records.
The Pricing section enables users to set a Base Currency and Price, standardizing cost management across inventory. Once all details are entered, users can finalize the process by selecting Add Stock Item, efficiently updating the system with the new inventory data.
