Avalon Health Clinic – Calendar Module

Welcome to the Calendar Module tutorial platform. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough of this module in the system, ensuring that users can efficiently navigate and utilize its features. Each section includes screenshots illustrating the actions being performed.
Overview
The Calendar module allows doctors to schedule, manage, and track appointments.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Accessing the Calendar
Navigate to the Calendar section from the main dashboard by clicking on calendar link on the sidebar.

2. Scheduling an Appointment
- Click "Appointment"link on the sidebar to open the appointments section
- Then click on+ Add Appointment button
A popup is going to be shown displaying text boxes you need to fill in to add an appointment. You need to fill in the Patient Avalon ID, select appointment type (Initial Consultation, Review Consultation, Theatre, Follow up or Other)Select if its a virtual session or not. You can also add a Description of the Appointment. Add location, Date, Start time, End time, Patient Email and Additional Emailfor receiving notifications.

After filling up the the form, you can click the Schedule Appointment button. Your appointment is successfully created or click close button to close the popup

The Patient is going to receive an Email and Text Message from the doctor about the Scheduled Appointment. They can Accept or Decline the Appointment or Reschedule

3. Editing or Deleting an Appointment
Locate the Appointment on list of Appointments, Click "Edit" to modify details or "Delete" to remove it. Click on the 3 dots under Actions column in the Appointment you want to modify

4. Viewing Past and Upcoming Appointments
You can select on the statistics to check total Appointments, Upcoming Appointment and Appointment Types
