The Documents module allows doctors to manage patient records securely.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Uploading Medical Documents
Navigate to "Documents"by clicking Patientson the sidebar, You are going to see a list of the patients and their files. Select the Documents folder of the Patient you need to upload a document for
Click on + Add Document A popup is going to be displayed where you are going to fill in Name(optional), Category(e.g lab results) or upload the document from your device. After that click on Submit Document button

2. Viewing and Downloading Documents
- In the Documents Click on the document you want to view.
- Then click on Open button
- The document will open then click on download icon or dowload button

3. Managing Patient Records
Manage the patient records in their categories e.g Clinic letters, Appointments, Patient Assessment, Operational notes, Notes, Referrals, e.t.c
